If selected for the parade, someone will reach out to you for payment of fees.

Schedule of Fees:
Please understand we are a non-profit organization and fees do apply.  All funds go toward running our parade to keep entertaining Baton Rouge for generations to come! Fees are non-refundable.

Floats:
There is a fee of $500 per float unit. This covers all riders and walkers. You MUST have 4 (or more) walkers to surround the four corners of your float to ensure safety of the crowd and riders.

Vehicles:
There is a fee of $250 per vehicle. This covers all riders and any walkers. Passengers shall not exceed the vehicle manufacturer's stated capacity. There is no requirement for walkers for a vehicle (walkers are limited to 10 or less)

Walking/Dancing/Musical Groups:
There is a fee of $20 per person, with a minimum charge of $275 per group.  Your group's vehicle (for example, a truck carrying speakers) is covered in those fees.

The Legal Stuff:
All participants must sign a waiver to participate in the parade.  All drivers and group leaders must attend the Driver's Meeting.  This is a MANDATORY meeting! All fees must be paid prior to the drivers meeting.  All waivers must be filled out and turned in at the drivers meeting. We reserve the right to reject any group who does not reflect our core values.  We are a family-friendly parade.  Absolutely no profanity, politics, or indecency will be tolerated.
